As VP of R&D of the Data division , you will oversee the development and execution of our data technology strategy, managing the applicative and infrastructure layers connecting applications to data, feeding engines with the communication, activities and business context from external systems to all products. You will be reporting to the Chief R&D officer , and will be responsible for scaling an R&D division, driving data applications and infrastructure development, and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced, cloud-native environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Operational Leadership
Define and implement the R&D data strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and business needs.
Manage multiple product areas, balancing innovation, scalability, and customer needs.
Oversee quarterly planning, execution, and delivery, including bug resolution, customer support, and collaboration with GTM teams.
Drive efficiency and continuous improvement in software development methodologies, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure cloud-based solutions.

Team & Organizational Management
Lead a large-scale R&D organization of 80-100 employees, including manager-of-managers and group leaders.
Foster a high-performance culture with a strong emphasis on collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Scale and structure the team to support rapid growth and evolving business priorities.

Technology & Product Execution
Oversee data applications and infrastructure development, ensuring robust architecture and technical excellence.
Bring our Data and API strategy to the next level, with AI driven technologies like MCP and A2A.
Lead the revolution of data driven applications with a unified data strategy including a shared data model and data related capabilities across the platform.
Lead connection to the ecosystem, leading our strategic partnerships with key players in the market like Microsoft, OpenAI, Salesforce and more
Build data processes and infrastructure to support the huge scale of billions of records of our customers data in an infinitely scalable platform requiring tight SLAs for updates and sub second query times for complex aggregations.
Manage diverse systems and products with complex technology stacks, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
Lead cloud and scale-focused initiatives, ensuring optimal performance and reliability in a SaaS environment.
