End-to-End responsibility for the company's R&D team's performance and deliverables (R&D made of Frontend team, Backend team and OA).
Define R&D team strategy and methodologies, optimizing the work process and efficiency, with direct responsibility for R&D objectives and KPIs.
Develop and design server side architectures working alongside Product, CS and Sales team.
Connect the dots between technology and business and be responsible for executing both long and short-term delivery, emphasizing rapid iteration, quick time-to-market, and cross-functional collaboration to improve outcomes, processes, and user feedback continuously.
To be a successful VP R&D you need
3+ years of experience as an Engineering Group Manager/Director of R&D/ VP R&D in a growing startup company.
Experience delivering complex, large-scale B2B products.
Deep understanding of R&D built for enterprise SaaS offering.
Full stack development experience – advantage to Python and React.
Deep understanding of AWS – Architecture, Construction, and Operation of Infrastructure.

Strong Communication skills and interpersonal skills to work well with relevant interfaces.
Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
