As the VP of R&D, you will be instrumental in leading our R&D efforts, driving innovation, and spearheading the development of cutting-edge AI technologies in the digital health space. You will play a key role in shaping our product's future and contributing to our company's success.
Collaborate closely with the CTO, business stakeholders, and other key players to discover innovative solutions while working with state-of-the-art technologies. Act as the essential bridge between the development team and executive leadership, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the R&D department of engineers ( including developers teams, DevOps, architects, support & SecOps)
Understand the business thoroughly, to ensure data drives actionable business insights
Collaborate with the product and medical departments to define requirements and prioritize feature development
Oversee software product design, development, testing, and deployment
Foster a culture of success, learning, innovation, and knowledge-sharing
Recruit new employees and mentor team members for professional growth

15+ years of experience in software development (including leading positions)
Proficiency in developing SaaS applications
Experience in engineering best practices and strong architecture skills
Tech-savvy, data-oriented, entrepreneurial leader
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving objectives
Communication & Problem-Solving: Excellent communication skills and a strategic problem-solving mindset.
