As the VP R&D, you will be responsible for driving our technical vision and leading our R&D efforts to develop next-generation products and solutions in the power segment and motion control industry.
This is a key leadership role that requires a strategic mindset, strong technical, expertise, and a passion for innovation, leading a team of 12-20 talented engineers fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.
Requirements:
– Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree (Masters or Ph.D.) preferred.
– 7+years of experience in research and development, with a proven track record of leadership in Embedded systems and technology-driven industries.
– 3+ years of experience in R&D engineers team (6 engineers at least) management.
– Deep expertise in power electronics, motion control systems, and Embedded software development, with a strong understanding of hardware/software co-design principles.
– Demonstrated experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects from concept to commercialization.
– Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate technical innovations into market-leading products and solutions.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
