The VP R D will lead product and technology development end-to-end from design to implementation and play a strategic role on the management team, reporting directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and expand a multidisciplinary R D team (~15 software, system, and algorithm engineers)
Define and execute the companys R D strategy in alignment with business goals
Introduce and implement cutting-edge technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage
Manage full development lifecycle for products and features
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing)
Manage subcontractors and external development resources
Proven leadership and team management experience (7+ years in R D leadership)
Deep understanding of Software, Computer Vision, AI, and algorithm development
Advantage: experience in software for manufacturing or robotic environments
Startup mindset hands-on, agile, and execution-oriented
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering
