The Vice President of Quality is responsible for defining and executing the companys quality strategy across the entire product lifecycle from design and development through production, delivery, and sustainment.
This role ensures that all systems and products meet the highest standards of reliability, compliance, and customer satisfaction expected in the defence industry.
As a member of the executive leadership team, the VP of Quality leads the companys quality organization and partners closely with R&D, Production, Supply Chain, and the Lines of Business to drive excellence in design, manufacturing, supplier performance, and operational execution. The role also includes ongoing collaboration and reporting to the corporate organization of our U.S.-based parent company, requiring strong communication, alignment, and cross-company partnership skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the companys Quality and Productivity organization, reporting to the GM.
Define and implement quality systems and standards across all business areas.
Drive continuous improvement, yield enhancement, and root-cause analysis processes.
Ensure compliance with defence industry standards, customer requirements, and corporate quality policies.
Maintain certifications and regulatory compliance and oversee audits and corrective actions.
Foster a culture of accountability, precision, and excellence across the organization.

Academic degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or other relevant technical disciplines.
Minimum of 7 years in a senior quality leadership position within a global, manufacturing-based organization.
Proven experience in quality assurance for the development and production of complex electronic systems.
In-depth understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes, including mechanical production, PCB assembly, integration, and testing.
Experience working within a corporate/global matrix environment and reporting to international headquarters an advantage.
Strategic and data-driven thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Excellent English and Hebrew, verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
