We are looking for a VP Product who is passionate about building products that customers don't just use, but love. The ideal candidate will help drive and shape the next phase of innovative platform, using cutting-edge technologies. He or she must have excellent relationship and influencer skills, a strong technical background, and proven communication, and presentation skills. She must be self-motivated and eager to take the initiative and work well in a geographically distributed team. The Product Management group is responsible for the overall product portfolio, shaping the roadmap and delivering on strategy.
Responsibilities:
Lead, hire and manage a team of product managers
Work with our leadership team to define product strategy and tactics to achieve our goals
Engage with our largest and most complex partners and customers to identify new market opportunities and extract valuable product feedback
Lead market and competitive analysis of the Digital Employee Experience market to identify potential trends and opportunities
Identify, design, experiment, and iterate on product decisions by leveraging data and evidence gathered from customers
Grow to deeply understand our users (IT Admin, ops engineers); design solutions they find intuitive and delightful
Be both heads-on with the complicated product process and leading the team

3+ years of direct management of product managers
6+ years of software product management experience in a technology SaaS B2B product
A real passion for product design and user experience (UX/UI)
Confident decision-making with the ability to influence internal and external partners
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Ability to use APIs to collect data for analysis
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the willingness to present and defend your ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
Technical background in IT infrastructure, enterprise product management and technical team management:
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
