We are currently looking for a VP Partner Success. This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for the Partner Success Team in onboarding and managing our Brand and Platform partners ensuring profitable growth and diversification.
Responsibilities:
* Taking full responsibility for the Companys relationships with our brand & platform partners.
* Ensuring the Company is growing partners accounts & businesses successfully and effectively.
* Deliver excellence in how the Partner Success team operates, ensuring that partner success team continues to develop their ability to drive partner revenue growth and partner engagement.
* Assisting partners in investing and growing their business, but fully leveraging the organisations suite of products and managed services.
* Provide guidance to the Partner Success Managers and the Partners regarding various elements of the business value chain including player acquisition, localization, regulator developments and player monetization.
* Lead the Partner Success Managers with the view that they are P&L owners for their partner portfolio, representing their partners business within the company.
* Champion the needs of the Partners within the organization and ensuring that Product Roadmap prioritization reflects the Partners needs and alignment with the companys strategic objectives.
* Working hand in hand with the Companys management to formulate and deliver the companys strategic vision.
* Providing team leadership, guidance, and strategy within the Partner Success department, ensuring all service levels are constantly met & business plans executed.
* Streamlining of Processes to accelerate revenue generation and profitability.
* Manage a framework of success measures for the partner success team and ensure they are aligned with partner & overall company objectives.
* Structure and lead successful onboarding and training programs for new partners.

* Proven experience as a VP in a similar role, preferably within iGaming.
* Candidates coming from Ecommerce & B2B companies will also be considered.
* A proven track record of working with B2B partners.
* Superb management expertise, candidates who have managed larger teams will be at an advantage.
* An initial technical background followed by a commercial one is desired.
* Fluent English a must, any other languages would be considered a bonus.
* Strong business acumen with the ability to be agile.
* Previous P&L responsibility
