BSc./MSc. in electronics engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.
Extensive experience (+15 years) in hardware R&D, preferably in a leadership role within a technology company.
Deep technical expertise in hardware design, including analog and digital circuits, PCB layout, signal processing, and EMC.
Experience with multidisciplinary and IoT products.
Experience with mechanical design.
Demonstrated track record of bringing hardware products from concept to market.
Strong leadership, management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
