RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership Mastery: Lead a high-performing multi-functional team, including paid team, organic initiatives, and e-commerce optimisation.
Strategic Collaboration Expertise: Work closely with the CEO, engineering, and product teams to build a strategic growth plan. Own P&L, monitor and report on monthly and quarterly OKRs.
Customer Acquisition: Drive customer acquisition efforts by optimising lead generation funnels, developing targeted campaigns, and employing marketing automation and conversion rate optimisation tactics.
Community-Driven Content Production: Produce content and leverage the monthly millions of videos created by drivers to create a community, making seen in social media as the brand with a vision to Drive As One.
Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use data and analytics for decision-making and measuring marketing effectiveness as well as creating a culture of structured experimentation and iteration to drive growth
Metrics Monitoring: Monitor and report on growth metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Brand Consistency Collaborator: Collaborate with the brand and communications teams to enhance brand positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across all marketing touch points.
7+ years of experience leading growth efforts in B2C, preferably ecommerce or gaming companies.
Hands-on experience in managing the customer acquisition funnel, landing page optimisation, and performance marketing
Proficiency in leveraging data analytics and marketing technology platforms to drive insights and optimize marketing initiatives.
English Excellent or Native.
