Responsibilities:
As a VP of Marketing, you will own the marketing domain, roadmap, and budgets in our company.
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring consistent messaging and a strong brand presence in the market for both B2C and B2B segments.
The VP of Marketing role will oversee, Demand Generation, Inbound Marketing, Content Marketing, Customer Marketing, social media, SEO, Product Marketing, PR, and Conferences.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team. Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and empower team members to excel in their roles.
Utilize analytics and data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance, measure ROI, and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate closely with sales, product, R&D, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and overall business goals.

Deep knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
Experience in working with international PR firms and sponsoring global conferences.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into marketing plans.
Strong interpersonal skills and a very proactive approach.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or equivalent.
