Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy, including branding, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
Lead a talented marketing team and provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Drive demand generation initiatives, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
Collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts across all customer touchpoints.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure marketing effectiveness, track ROI, and optimize campaign performance.
Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and prioritize initiatives based on business goals and objectives.
Proven 8-10 years experience in a VP marketing leadership role within the SaaS industry, preferably in the betting or gaming sector.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, methodologies, and best practices, with expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, and brand management.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and a strong analytical mindset.
