As a VP Marketing in our company you will:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition in line with company objectives.
Lead a small team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentoring.
Oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including content marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Product Management, and Customer Success, to align marketing initiatives with overall company strategy and drive revenue growth.
Utilize market research and customer insights to identify target segments, understand customer needs, and develop effective positioning and messaging strategies.
Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and analyze campaign performance to optimize return on investment.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and recommend strategic adjustments to the marketing approach.
Oversee the production of marketing collateral, including website content, sales presentations, case studies, and whitepapers, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry influencers, media outlets, and strategic partners to enhance brand visibility and generate positive PR opportunities.
Drive customer advocacy and loyalty programs to increase customer retention, referrals, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, provide regular reports to the executive team, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing performance.

Requirements:
To be a VP Marketing in our company you need:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on technology-related industries.
Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent experience. A master’s degree is a plus.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful global marketing strategies, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven company.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of marketing professionals.
In-depth knowledge of SaaS tools, digital marketing channels, and marketing automation platforms.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create compelling content and articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to make informed marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
