Analyze the business requirements of all companys units to determine their technological needs.
Purchase efficient and cost-effective IT equipment, software and services.
Inspect the use of technological equipment, software and services to ensure functionality and efficiency.
Subcontractors and consultants management.
Interact and cooperate with managers and stakeholders on every level across the organization.
Ability to combine between technological improvement and the business needs.
Control IT budget.

Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (hardware/software), networking and multi cloud environment, etc.
Sc/BA in computer science, engineering, or relevant field or experience in special military units.
Experience in controlling IT budget.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to drive complex projects and negotiate when needed.
Excellent communication abilities, Creative thinking.
High level of English.
Willing to travel abroad.
