As part of our VLSI Product and Test group, youll support the development of VLSI products.
In the position you will have responsibility for developing programs for characterization, production test, test hardware, and maintaining cross product libraries and tools. You will work with both the manufacturing team and the design team to develop the product.

The position requires someone with experience in the semiconductor model with a broad knowledge covering the full manufacturing space including fab, test, and packaging. Candidate should have a good understanding of CMOS devices, fabrication processes, ATE test, DFT and statistics.
Background in product characterization, mixed signal test, production test programs, test hardware and manufacturing test support is required. Background in yield improvement, silicon debug, signal integrity, and statistics are beneficial.

More than 5 years of experience in product and test engineering depending education background and relevant product and market experience.
Strong probability and statistics background.
Low cost test solutions.
Good understanding of packaging.
Knowledgeable in DFT techniques.
Good understanding of CMOS process technology.
Good understanding of circuits and layout.
Good software skills, especially in scripting languages.
Understanding of CMOS device and product reliability.
Direct experience in product.
Experience in both EFA and PFA.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
