* 7+ years of experience in category management, e-commerce, or cross-functional project leadership.
* Strong business acumen and a proven track record of driving growth in new or underdeveloped areas.
* Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform strategic decisions.
* Strong technical orientation and the ability to manage development-related domains, including an understanding of web and AI technologies, code workflows, and mobile app environments
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends.
* Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills to align diverse teams around common goals.
* Adaptable and results-oriented, capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Experience in launching new verticals, products, or services is a strong advantage.
