Responsibilities – what youll be doing:
Define and implement validation processes using industry-leading practices
Design and build test jigs for hardware components and systems, including defining connector and PCB requirements
Collaborate with PCB designers to ensure specifications are met
Collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless integration and Validation
Identify, document, and resolve bugs, ensuring high-quality product delivery
Conduct environmental and EMI testing to validate hardware robustness
Utilize lab equipment such as power supplies, oscilloscopes, etc., for testing and validation
Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, or practical engineering
4+ years of experience in HW validation and testing
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Proficiency with lab equipment (power supply, oscilloscope, etc.)

Experience developing test environments using small PCs like Raspberry Pi
Ability to write and execute testing code in Arduino (/other), C/C++, or Python for hardware validation and integration
Experience in environmental and EMI testing
Experience in Linux environments
Familiarity with compliance testing & ensuring the product meets industrial standards
Experience working with subcontractors
