Job Summary We are looking for a skilled UX/UI Designer with a strong understanding of user experience flows and a passion for designing state-of-the-art systems. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in UX/UI design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to transform complex requirements into user-friendly interfaces. Responsibilities
* Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience.
* Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to optimize the design and usability of our product.
* Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively.
* Create and maintain storybook and system design language.
* Design user interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing, intuitive, and functional across various platforms and devices.
* Develop and maintain detailed design specifications and guidelines to ensure consistency and coherence in our products.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure our products remain cutting-edge.

* 3-4 years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in the fintech or related industry.
* Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and creative solutions for complex user interactions.
* Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma – a MUST, or similar.
* Previous experience in designing and building storybooks and components
* Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
* Experience with user research techniques, usability testing, and interpreting analytics to inform design decisions.
* Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend your design decisions.
* Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript skills are a plus.
