You will be join to our user experience team and work closely with a UX researchers, product designers, copywriters and more UX members.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As part of the product team, you will have an impact on how our features and products are built from the very first steps of the ideation phase, so you will have to be well versed in the business, technology, roadmap, and strategy aspects of our products.
Collaborate with product designers, product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams on a daily basis to define, design, and deliver extraordinary products that meet users needs, refine and improve the product experience.
Create a product experience that is intuitive, user-friendly, and valuable for our users and meets business, project, and design goals.
Rapidly design process flows, wireframes, prototypes, conduct usability tests, and analyze user behavior.
Conduct a full UX design cycle from research through creating high-fidelity mockups of all edge case scenarios and deliver to development.
Conduct product research based on customer feedback, data, competitor analysis, and more.
Become an expert in the data surrounding your product to discuss, describe, and deeply inform your design work.
Shape and consistently challenge team tools and processes to maximize efficiency, pleasure, and performance.
Use your skilled storytelling abilities to spread design awareness throughout the company.

REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of experience in product UX and launching products in a rapidly changing environment.
Bachelors degree in Social/Behavioral Sciences, Design or equivalent relevant courses.
Experience in building design solutions for mobile, web, and/or desktop applications.
Experience in relevant design tools (Figma, XD, Sketch, Adobe Suite, Etc.).
Can build and document complicated design components and user journeys.
Experience and knowledge with solving complex UX problems.
Deep understanding of UX methodologies.
Experience in shipping products for Accessibility, Internationalization, Form Design, Mobile, Responsive, etc
Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills that'll help you present your work and articulate the reasoning behind the solution you have chosen.
Experience in running regular tests and driving out bias in user test plans.
A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of designs you've created for digital products.
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
Advantage – Experience in designing B2C products and complex SaaS systems.
