Lead the UI design of complex, professional SaaS products and platforms
Translate UX strategies and creative briefs into high-fidelity, user-centered design mockups
Produce visually compelling designs that are consistent with brand identity across digital and print
Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to bring concepts to life
Create and maintain visual assets such as icons, UI patterns, illustrations, and infographics
Proactively identify opportunities to improve product usability and design, and lead initiatives to address them

Requirements:
A strong portfolio showcasing UI-focused visual design for complex B2B platforms or systems
5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in high-tech or SaaS environments
Proven hands-on experience in visual and interaction design – were looking for someone who is deeply involved in the design process from concept to pixel-perfect execution
Experience in creating and maintaining a comprehensive design system
Degree in a design-related field
Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and AI-powered design tools
Familiarity with print design principles and execution
Strong verbal communication skills to articulate your design process and decisions
Fluent English – both spoken and written
Bonus: Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
