We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join our talented Marketing Team. You will have the opportunity to take on a level of responsibility impossible to find in Israel. Your life will look like
* Lead strategic, high-volume experimentation on all key current and potential user acquisition channels.
* Develop, plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing strategies and initiatives, with a particular focus on paid social media.
* Define and report key metrics to monitor User Experience and digital marketing effectiveness including ROI and Direct-Response campaigns. Think holistically across the business to ensure resource allocation.
* Working closely to the Creative & data team, reporting directly to the CMO.

* A track record for successful execution of effective performance marketing campaigns. Ideally brings expertise in Paid Social (FB / IG / TikTok / Snapchat / Pinterest).
* Working knowledge of Excel and large data analysis.
* Managed at least $100K a month in marketing spend.
* Experience with direct response marketing strategies.
* A creative mindset with a focus on delivering results.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
