Summary of role and team:
You will be a part of the Upstream team.
The team includes operators and engineers specializing in media preparation, bioprocessing, and biomass production.
Your day-to-day:
* As a media preparation operator, you will prepare media, weighing, powders kits, buffers, and stocks daily for cultured meat production.
* Working with bioreactors, industrial-grade mixers, and filters.
* Documenting all the processes and procedures.
* Interfacing with Purchasing, Warehousing, Production, QC and R&D.
* Work under production procedures, safety standards, and production timelines.
* Daily clean the machine & and work environment.

* Experience with mixers for solutions preparation.
* Experience with Bioreactor/fermentation.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
