As a Travel Experience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with their travel needs throughout Japan.
You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless trip planning and execution, providing exceptional service to our clients from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Client Communication: Communicate with clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings to understand their travel preferences, interests, and requirements.
Itinerary Planning: Design customized itineraries tailored to each client’s preferences, including transportation, accommodations, activities, dining reservations, and cultural experiences.
Reservation Management: Coordinate and confirm reservations for flights, hotels, tours, transportation services, and other travel-related activities.
Vendor Coordination: Liaise with local vendors, tour operators, and hospitality partners to ensure seamless execution of planned activities and services.
Travel Documentation: Provide clients with all necessary travel documentation, including itineraries, booking confirmations, and other relevant information.
Client Support: Offer ongoing support to clients throughout their travels, addressing any questions, concerns, or unforeseen issues that may arise.
Destination Knowledge: Stay updated on travel trends, destination highlights, cultural nuances, and local regulations within Japan to provide accurate and insightful recommendations to clients.
Quality Assurance : Ensure that all aspects of the travel experience meet or exceed client expectations, and promptly address any feedback or issues that arise.
Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties such as maintaining client records, processing payments, and generating reports as needed.

-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
-Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail – a must!!
-Tech savviness (big advantage).
-Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software.
-Great Hebrew and English skills (Japanese is a plus).
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-Passion for travel and a curiosity for Japanese culture and heritage.
