Degree from a Technical University preferably in photonics, laser science, electronic engineering or physics.
Ability to clearly describe complex technical details.
Expertise in giving presentations and moderating meetings.
Stamina in managing opportunities with long-term R D cycles by being proactive.
Fluency in English.
Willingness to travel mainly within Israel but also to Germany and overseas.
Team spirit.
Good negotiating skills and a convincing personality on all levels of an intercultural environment.
