Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: As a Copilot Technology Sales Specialist (Copilot TS), your main goal is to win the technical decision of customers to purchase and use our technology. You will work in a team, enabling the customers through digital transformation by leveraging the Modern Workplace of us and Surface. Copilot TSs are expected to be able to both own and win the customers' technical decisions, as well as find new opportunities through their contacts and work they are on for salespeople to further pursue.
Technical Expertise: You will work within a virtual team of technical, partner, and consulting resources to help educate your customers at a technical level, demonstrate, and prove our solutions, and win the technical decision allowing the team to achieve/exceed quarterly our suite, Copilot for us, Teams Calling, Meetings, Teams Premium, Frontline Worker, Viva, and OEM Meeting/Calling devices sales/usage targets in your accounts. Being part of this team will allow you to maintain and develop your deep technical expertise across us and non-cloud-based infrastructure technologies.
Strategy and Solution Design: You will provide strategic, technical, and partner input based on our capability at the account level, leveraging knowledge of partners, open-source solutions, and competitors in the Copilot for us, our Teams Calling, Meetings, devices, Teams Premium, Frontline Worker enablement, and Viva solutions space. You will take knowledge of customer feedback, specific Teams solutions, and their context in a competitive landscape and deliver core competitive knowledge back to engineering teams to enhance our Teams and Copilot capabilities and to develop compete strategies.
Education and Training: You will proactively identify learning gaps; monitor and respond to internal tech community posts, attend community calls, sessions, hackathons, etc. Practicing expertise by communicating with customers, partners, and senior colleagues to expand knowledge of architecture and demonstrating new and updated Copilot for our and our Teams products and services.
Partner Ecosystem: You will act as the liaison between the partner and team and facilitate partner resources and processes. Identifying Copilot for us, our Teams Calling, Meetings, Teams Premium, devices, Frontline Worker, and Viva skill and resource gaps and providing feedback to internal teams.
Several years of experience in a technical sales specialist role, preferably within the technology industry.
Proven experience in a customer facing position.
Strong understanding of us, Copilot for us, Teams Calling, Meetings, Teams Premium, Frontline Worker, and Viva solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a virtual team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
