This position is located in Israel, and youll be reporting directly to the Head of Product Operation.

The opportunity
Build a new documentation framework to support Enterprise grade standards of Tier 1 banks
Develop and maintain high-quality documentation for products, including user guides, manuals, and API references.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Data sceience teams to gather technical information and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
Translate technical concepts and product features into clear, concise, and user-friendly content for a diverse audience, including end-users, administrators, and developers.
Own the documentation review process, soliciting feedback from stakeholders and incorporating revisions to improve clarity and effectiveness.
Keep abreast of product updates, new features, and industry trends to ensure documentation remains up-to-date and relevant.
Contribute to the development of documentation templates, style guides, and best practices to standardize documentation processes and enhance consistency.
Support Customer Support and Training teams by providing documentation expertise and assisting with the creation of training materials and knowledge base articles.
Native English
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Technical Writer in a SaaS or technology-driven environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing your writing skills and technical proficiency.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
Proficiency in documentation tools
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating user-centric documentation experiences.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
