As a Technical Documentation Lead at our company, you will drive our information architecture strategy and partner with Product and Engineering teams to ensure the creation and management of world-class user documentation.
You will learn about NPI (New Product Introduction) and new features at a fast pace to provide information on our web-based documentation site. In addition, you will write and edit API documentation to provide clear information for customers using our API reference site.
Deliverables include product documentation, articles, how-to guides, example code, and troubleshooting content. This is a player-coach role where you will be hands-on with our product and engineering groups, while leading and mentoring other team members and working with outside partners to deliver documentation-related deliverables in a timely and accurate manner.

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of technical writing experience creating B2B SaaS user documentation.
Technical knowledge of K8s, cloud, and DevOps products.
Familiarity with programming terminologies, such as APIs, JSON, or YAML configuration files.
Working knowledge of Markdown and GitHub (or related tools)
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; ideally familiar with SCRUM/Agile processes.
Exceptional technical writing, editing, and communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly language.
Comfortable interacting with software developers and engineers across different regions and product lines.
