Collaborate in a complex Agile environment with multi-disciplinary teams, including Product, R&D, QA, Customer Support, and Marketing.
Gather, analyze, and deeply understand technical information, translating complex concepts into clear and engaging content.
Plan, develop, write, and maintain technical manuals, knowledge base articles, release notes, API documentation, and online help.
Independently manage documentation for a dedicated product line.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a technical writer.
Experience with Paligo is mandatory.
Experience with component-based content management systems for content reuse.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with precise English grammar.
Proficient in applying a consistent technical writing style.
Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts.
Capable of independently handling multiple projects and assignments.
Understanding of SaaS and cloud products is an advantage.
Knowledge of cybersecurity is an advantage.
Familiarity with CSS and HTML is an advantage.
