We work with multiple stakeholders across the company to translate complex processes into concise and straightforward content, create FAQs, Help Center articles and more while always focusing on our users' needs.
Responsibilities
Plan, write and maintain content for Help Center and Internal Knowledge-Base.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to guarantee the quality and accuracy of our content.
Analyze content performance, impact on user satisfaction, and additional data.
Close knowledge gaps based on internal requests and BI.
Deliver under tight deadlines with minimal revisions.
Take ownership of specific products and projects within the team.
At least 1 year of experience as a Technical Writer in a high-tech Company.
A native English speaker.
Enjoy translating complex concepts into easy to follow text.
Ability to spot potential problem areas for users and dig deeper to translate user flows into readable instructions.
Tech-savvy.
