We are looking for an experienced and creative Technical Training Specialist with a passion for creating comprehensive eLearning content from start to finish. This role focuses on developing high-quality technical training materials that will be available online the LMS portal for Catos customers and partners.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement engaging eLearning content covering the SASE solution, including hands-on experience with our management applications and integrated solutions.
Maintain and curate a library of instructional materials.
Collaborate with different teams to identify common questions, resolutions, and roadblocks relevant to your technical content.

Strong understanding of Information Technology (IT) networking and security industry.
Ability to work independently and manage the entire eLearning content creation process from A to Z.
Excellent English language skills; native speaker is an advantage.
Positive personality and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Proven experience in instructional design, technical training, or a related role.
Proven experience with LMS and video editing tools
Extensive technical knowledge, with strong writing and editing skills.
Ability to convey complex technical information in easy-to-understand guides and eLearning modules.
