Availability for a part-time position (approximately 60%).
Familiarity with support helpdesk or CRM systems, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk.
Experience with community support on platforms like Discord and Reddit, including server moderation.
Native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong technological orientation and adeptness in handling tech-related queries.
Customer-oriented approach with a high level of service awareness.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
Self-motivated, independent, and responsible, with a readiness to take initiative.
Experience in troubleshooting for Windows and Mac OS platforms.
Excellent dragon-riding skills.
