Your Arena
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
* Source and engage passive candidates through various channels, including networking, social media, and job boards.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and extending job offers.
* Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
* Stay current on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting to continuously improve recruitment processes.
* Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment data.

* Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
* Excellent Proficiency in English – Must
