We are searching for an organized, efficient, and experienced technical project manager to join our growing product team.
As technical project manager you will be responsible for organizing and motivating the R&D team to deliver exceptional software products in a fast-paced environment with various priorities.
You will report directly to the VP of Product while working closely with the CTO and R&D team. Your job will be to translate the needs of the product team into manageable, scalable tasks using an agile methodology.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute project plans to ensure technical alignment and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure execution and achieve common goals across different R&D departments.
Working together with the product team to define and document project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
Identifying and addressing process bottlenecks or inefficiencies to improve productivity and quality . This involves analyzing existing workflows, implementing streamlined processes, and recommending automation or technology enhancements.
Drive projects and teams from the planning phase to the final release; define project scope and schedule.
Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments and removing roadblocks to their work.
Define and manage a process and push for ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile project management.
Support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables and managing stakeholder communications.
Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders and upper management.
Responsible for defining, distributing, tracking and delivering projects tasks and milestones on time
Manage the team assignments and priorities based on the roadmap, incoming requests and ongoing maintenance.
