This role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to final delivery, while coordinating various teams across the organization.
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, with a strong understanding of technology and network security, can independently build and implement AI-based solutions, actively uses AI-based solutions on a daily basis to build, automate, and improve processes, and has excellent communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and deliver technical projects within scope, timeline, and budget
Collaborate with engineering, IT, product, and business teams to define project requirements and objectives
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders
Ensure adherence to best practices, compliance standards, and quality assurance processes
Prepare and present regular status reports to leadership and stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools
2+ years managing technical projects in IT, software development, or cloud environments
Hands-on ability to independently build and implement solutions using AI tools (e.g., automations, internal tools, or workflows that support project and delivery management)
2-3 years of practical experience in computer networking, with the ability to configure and deploy network environments end to end (switches, routers); CCNA – an advantage
Experience with Agile methodologies and the full SDLC lifecycle
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA and Monday
Ability to understand technical documentation and code, and communicate effectively with engineers
Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills
Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable mindset
High proficiency in spoken and written English
Experience managing distributed or global teams – a plus
Background in software development or systems engineering – a plus
