What is your mission? As a Technical Product Owner, you'll take charge of a product or significant parts of it, guiding it from concept to market launch. You'll be the crucial link between our developers and stakeholders, ensuring our products align with customer needs and business goals. You'll be the go-to product expert for the company and keep track of new product and feature developments. The perfect candidate will have a technical background, a solid grasp of agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a drive to deliver top-notch, customer-focused solutions. You'll need to be equally comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
What you’ll love about your mission?
* You'll work on Cellebrite's core products, crafting innovative solutions based on customer needs and the latest market technologies.
* You'll collaborate with product managers, product owners, R&D leads, program managers and technical customer support to manage and prioritize the product feature and bugs backlog, and set the product release plan accordingly.
* You'll refine features into detailed user stories with relevant stakeholders (product, UX, UI, R&D).
* You'll manage the user stories backlog: write detailed user stories with the R&D teams, prioritize and set sprint goals for the scrum teams, and accept/reject user stories delivered by the team.
* You'll work with the development scrum team to optimize the plan, resolve conflicts, and prioritize deliverables to boost effectiveness.
* You'll conduct training sessions for internal and external stakeholders about your product/features.
What are the superpowers we are looking for?
* Minimum 3 years of experience in software organizations, with roles involving development and product definition (such as product owner, inbound/technical product management, or system engineering).
* Technical background and aptitude, with a hands-on approach.
* A background as a Software Engineer or Software Architect is a plus.
* Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to build positive relationships with teams, communicate effectively, drive people, and be efficient and organized.
* Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
* Fluent in both English and Hebrew.
