Technical Product Manager for ML Development Cycle

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our AI Engineering group,
consisting of excellent and experienced engineers with diverse skills in algorithms, software and DevOps.
Our goal is to set a new engineering level by
delivering a modern infrastructure and solutions to enhance Mobileye’s algorithm development life cycle and shorten our delivery times. We develop cross-company products that enable the research and deployment of state-of-the-art algorithms.
What will your job look like:
Own and push a modern ML development cycle built by AI Engineering group.
Serve as the primary product focal point to over 50 Mobileye development teams and other internal stakeholders.
Be a subject matter in how people build Machine learning models in Mobileye, from whiteboard to chip.
Design and implement success metrics for AI Engineering products, with a focus on teams’ integration and onboarding.
You will engage with customers, define the roadmap and drive execution with cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and other teammates.
Be a strong leader who can prioritize well, and who understands how to drive focus and excellence within a strong, talented, opinionated team.
Manage a complete product life cycle – from conception to release with taking full ownership of each step.
Lead all product-related activities, including features definitions, UX/UI, production release, reporting, etc.
Work closely with our group engineers and product managers.
Monitor and support the execution of the group goals and plans.
All you need is:
Technical Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years of product management experience in a tech company.
Experience in working on a product for technical users.
Demonstrated leadership skills by managing a hard-working team to deliver enterprise products and strategies.
Strong customer orientation and proven experience building products that meet customer needs and organizational goals.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle process and methodologies.
Effective at using data driven decision making to influencing others in a collaborative team environment.
Ability to understand complex flows involving data operations & lifecycle.
Former experience and knowledge in Machine Learning.
