As a Technical Product Manager, you are a key member of the Agile Scrum team and will represent the voice of both the customer and Product Managers to execute the product vision! You will be working closely with engineering teams, and architects to define and prioritize features and stories, to ensure alignment with customer and program needs, and improve value of development. Requirements:
4+ years of related experience with related Experience in software development or product management Training and certification as a professional scrum product owner (PSPO) or as a certified scrum product owner (CSPO) or SAFe product owner- advantage. Experience in network and security technologies is preferred. Demonstrates effective team dynamics, conflict resolution, mentoring, and servant leadership skills. Knowledge of network and security technologies, including EPP/EDR, XDR, SIEM, TCP/IP, Be familiar with modern software CI/CD practices, including test-driven development. Experience in SaaS delivery model. Experience in defining UI mock-ups and leading the design concept- Advantage. Skills and Abilities: Strong communication skills to provide demos and work effectively with internal stakeholders and customers. Strong facilitation skills within teams and ability to lead cross-functional teams. Strong negotiation skills Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally. Positive experience resolving issues with higher levels of management. Balance of technical and business insight; able to communicate what is possible and what will have biggest impact on business. Ability to learn quickly – we value flexibility.
