Specific Responsibilities:
The role takes place in Modiin and Tel Aviv.
Provide Technical Support to physicians and administrative staff at Clalit.
Escalate issues to relevant teams at Clalit or to TytoCare support teams and manage the issue until resolution.
Conduct conversion calls with patients.
Analyze data and generate weekly reports.
Monitor and collect feedback from clinics in the field.
Conduct training sessions for medical staff in clinics.
Required Skills:
B.Sc. degree OR BA with experience in support / other technical role
High Technical and Analytical capabilities – MUST
Experience with working and analyzing data to generate insights.
Experience in SW or Healthcare IT implementations Advantage
Excellent communication skills including customer facing experience.
Team player and can-do attitude approach and out of the box thinking.
Ability to work independently and assume primary responsibility to move projects and operation related services forward
Availability to travel to customers as needed.
