We are looking for a Technical Architect.
As a Technical Architect, you will play a critical role in helping customers deploy and integrate our SaaS product. We lead the technical delivery, infrastructure, and technical strategy, ensuring the successful deployment, implementation, and expansion of our company to drive effective digital adoption.
Youll act as both a technical expert and a quarterbackleading customers through complex deployments with confidence, clarity, and care.
Youll work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements, provide hands-on support, and ensure seamless implementation of our platform within their environments.
Youll also partner with product management, engineering, and support to align technical decisions with our overall product strategy.
Youll be expected to communicate proactively, drive progress with urgency, and stay adaptable in fast-moving or ambiguous situations.

Requirements:
Technical Skills:
Experience with web technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Knowledge of Chromium-based extension APIs and permissions
Hands-on experience with software deployment (Windows, MacOS, VDI)
Understanding of mass deployment tools and policies
Experience with identity management protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SSO, MFA)
API integration experience and SaaS platform understanding
Working knowledge of tools like JIRA and internal knowledge bases
Soft Skills:
Skilled communicator adept at setting expectations, sharing proactive updates, and listening with empathy; able to tailor messaging effectively for different audiences, including C-level, technical, and business groups.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt when clear processes dont exist
Capable of translating customer needs into technical requirements
Driven and fast-movingyou follow through quickly and dont let blockers slow you down.

Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
