As a Team Leader for Professional Services, you will oversee the PS team both locally in Israel and globally. Your role involves collaboration with the sales team and direct engagement with customers to provide support to customers.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the Professional Services team in Israel and globally.
Collaborate with the sales team and engage directly with customers to provide support.
Provide support to customers and employees, both on-premise and remotely.
Take care of global customer needs.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in team management.
Experience in server management, including installations, fault detection, and resolution, with at least 2 years of experience.
Understanding of communication networks.
Knowledge and experience in virtualization infrastructure.
Knowledge and experience in Active Directory.
Scriptwriting skills.
Knowledge of SQL.
Familiarity with defense systems such as firewalls, EDR, and antivirus.
One year of experience in a system role.
Proficient command of the English language.
Possession of a valid driving license.
