What youll do
Collaborate closely with Product, Design/UX, DevOps, and other R&D teams.
Lead an autonomous team of software engineers who are working closely with product management to achieve business goals.
Put special focus on developing the team.
Provide technical authority to your team by demonstrating a hands-on leadership style.
Be responsible for the overall design, development, architecture, code quality, and production environment deployment of your team.

Requirements:
B.S. in computer science or equivalent
8+ years of experience building backend services in at least one modern language (e.g., Java, C#, Node.js, Python, Go)
3+ years of experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, Couchbase, Redis)
4+ years of managerial experience – a must!
Experience with building SaaS platforms for cloud-based products, preferably AWS
Experience with Containers and Kubernetes (K8s), preferably EKS
Experience with Message Brokers such as RabbitMQ/SQS/Kafka, preferably Kafka
Experience with Microservices development
Experience with Event-driven systems
Broad knowledge of OOP and design patterns
Team player attitude and mentality
Experienced and passionate about managing and growing people
Experience in engineering best practices (code reviews, testing coverage, Agile methodologies)
Ambitious and eager to learn new things
What Could Set You Apart
Experience with Redis or similar
Experience with ORM such as Entity Framework
Experience with Domain Driven Design (DDD).
