As a team leader of data Scientist, you will be responsible for:
– Complex real-world problems with an immediate impact on the patient's life. You will solve computer vision challenges that can be applied to large-scale microscopy imaging.
– You will develop robust approaches for object detection and localization in cloud services to accurately translate biological phenomena into computational reading.
– Conduct research, design and production-level implementation of disruptive algorithms for semantic segmentation, object recognition and classification of 3D neuron images using Machine Learning and deep learning methods.
– Creating reliable and correct training data with great attention to detail. Identify and debug deep learning model training issues such as overfitting, leakage, and label noise.

Requirements:
– Master's degree in engineering required (software, computers, mathematics, physics, etc.)
– Experience in management or as a team lead – at least two years
– 7+ years of experience in the development and production of computer vision algorithms and deep learning algorithms.
– High proficiency in scientific programming languages such as Python. Especially with deep learning libraries.
– Knowledgeable in the architecture of neural network models, distributed computing, original services in the cloud and agile software development methods.
