We are looking for a passionate and experienced QA team lead that will join the Hybrid games team. As part of your role you will assist our game studios to test out games before they are published to millions of users worldwide. As a QA team lead at Supersonic, you are responsible to manager a team of QA members and will need to collaborate with game developers, monetization managers, product managers and data analyst to help build the next great game.
What you'll be doing
Build a great QA team and manage their daily tasks and priorities within the hybrid games task forces
Build clear and precise QA methods within the team to help our daily work become more efficient
Prioritize work between the team members to adjust the capacity of team according to the department needs on a daily basis
Be a member of a few game's task force and work closely with the team to perform QA tests for new games
Requirements:
Experience of QA experience gaming industry and as a Team Lead
Deep understanding of game development lifecycles and QA best practices.
Excellent test planning and execution skills, be able to break down complex features into effective test cases.
Superb communication and collaboration skills, able to clearly articulate issues and inspire teamwork.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to dissect bugs and identify root causes.
