As a team lead BDR, you will spearhead our business development efforts by guiding a team of BDRs and actively engaging in direct prospecting to build a robust sales pipeline and achieve revenue goals. You will be a key driver in expanding our reach and impact within the nonprofit sector, acting as both a leader and a hands-on contributor.
What You Will Do:
Lead and Mentor: Guide and support a team of BDRs to ensure they meet their individual and team targets.
Qualify Leads: Identify and qualify US-based nonprofit organizations that align with our ideal client profile.
Research: Conduct thorough research on potential clients to understand their needs.
Collaborate: Work closely with Account Executives to strategize and schedule introductory presentations.
Domain Expertise: Become a domain expert in the nonprofit sector and the BDR profession.
