About the Role:
We are looking for a Acquisition Team Lead for a temporary position (Maternity leave replacement for 7\8 month) who will join the HR team at Israel and lead the TA team.
The Talent Acquisition Team Lead is responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition domain, ensuring successful planning & execution of talent acquisition strategies and achievement of recruitment goals aligned with company values.
Manage a team of TA specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure effective execution of recruitment processes.
Responsible for recruiting for various departments including Development, Product, Customer Service, etc'.
Continuously optimize recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers, department heads and the HRBP's to understand staffing needs, priorities and complexity among the teams.
Build and refine recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and a positive candidate experience.
Measure and provide hiring analytics and insights to stakeholders, driving process improvements.
Ongoing partnership with the global TA leads group for making decisions and get updates from the global teams.
5+ years of experience as TA Lead/ Manager
8+ Years of experience in HO recruiting, at least 3 years with technology recruiting
Experience from global work environment (Public company is a plus)
Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruiting, including interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize data and metrics for strategic decision-making.
Expertise of external talent and business marketplace-where to find talent, how to engage and close talent, etc.
Familiarity with best practices in salary range management within the Israeli market
Excellent proficiency in both verbal and written English and Hebrew.
