This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist HR professional at Me?kano. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. They will also play a key role in building and maintaining the employer brand, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process. This role will require strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.
Location: Three times a week in Petah Tikva and twice a week in Haifa – Full-time job.
Requirements:
3 years experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills
Experience in employer branding and creating a strong employer brand
Interviewing and assessing candidates
Recruiting strategies and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Experience in HR talent acquisition
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
