Key Responsibilities:
Lead recruiting lifecycle activities from A to Z, including attraction, sourcing, interviews, selection, and offer preparation
Sourcing- Attract potential candidates on social media and through professional networks
Maintain the companys talent pool.

Requirements:
2+ years of recruiting experience for technical roles
At least one year experience in in-house recruitment
Proven experience in managing talent acquisition processes.
Strong reporting, and action management capability
Language skills: Hebrew and English (business fluent).
Personal Skills:
Organized, being able to multitask, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Hands-on and detailed oriented.
Autonomous and capable of taking proactive actions
