A global company in the Sharon region is looking for Talent Acquisition Partner -Maternity Leave Replacement
– Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
– Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational goals.
– Collaborate with the HR team.
Requirements:
– At least 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition in a global company.
– Previous experience in Pharmaceutical industry – A significant advantage!
– Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Hebrew.
– Able to partner with hiring managers to resolve recruiting roadblocks.
– Experience in employer branding – A significant advantage!
