We are looking for a highly proactive Gloabl Talent Acqusition to join our growing TA team.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end recruitment process for different open positions, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, etc.
Working with several locations of Recruitment – EMEA and APAC
Actively source for talent, screen CVs, perform phone interviews, and conduct HR interviews
Grow the candidate pipeline by performing sourcing on social media and other channels
Drive implementation of new recruitment initiatives/processes/tools
Work closely with hiring managers and different stakeholders and lead the hiring processes
Collaborate with placement agencies and headhunters across the world
Provide constant recruitment metrics and market research
Working once a month on a Friday instead of a Sunday, and more frequently if required
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in GTM recruitment process
Experience working with Global Managers
Proven experience with sourcing techniques
Experience in global recruitment (EMEA, APAC), a strong advantage
Excellent/Native English Speaker – a MUST
Startup experience, an advantage
Ability to own and lead processes independently
A motivated and self-driven person
A true team player!
