Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruiting: Own the full hiring lifecycle-from requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and additional sourcing tools to attract top global talent and maintain active pipelines for current and future roles.
Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide market insights, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the process.
Interview Management: Coordinate complex interview processes, ensure consistency, and support teams with interview best practices and structured evaluation.
AI-Driven Tools: Leverage AI recruitment technologies to enhance sourcing efficiency and improve candidate matching.
Data-Driven Approach: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, generate reports, and adjust sourcing strategies based on data.
Candidate Experience: Maintain high communication standards, provide timely feedback, and ensure a professional, positive candidate journey.
Market Research: Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape to refine sourcing strategies and attract top talent.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms; recruitment marketing tools are a plus.
Pipeline Expertise: Proven ability to build and sustain pipelines and target passive candidates.
Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities with candidates and stakeholders.
Analytical Ability: Comfortable working with recruitment data and metrics to drive decisions.
Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Advantage: Experience with Comeet, Spark Hire, HiBob, and NetSuite.
Fluent English.
